On behalf of the Board of Directors for Faith in Action and my trusty partner Cheryl, I want to thank you for all you did this past November to insure a successful fundraising event for Faith in Action at Historic Jordan Springs.
From start to finish, you and your staff sought to understand the needs and preferences of our organization and responded with expert guidance and ease of flexibility that helped us to achieve our goals. Indeed, it was due largely to that superior service coupled with festive holiday ambiance that Faith in Action's annual fundraiser, "Dancing with the Stars for a Cause" was an evening to remember.
And no thanks would be complete without singling out your right hand man, Colt Nutter. Colt's professionalism, his mastery of detail and his infinite grace under pressure were truly something to behold.

In all my travels, I have yet to have visited a place as divine as the Historic Jordan Springs. Your proposals were 100% acceptable to me. I am completely in awe as HJS was providing a turnkey operation for an excellent price. I negotiate contracts daily and could not find any spaces in your proposal that would cause me to want to re-negotiate. I wanted to thank you for everything. I know you put a lot of work into our wedding. The bouquets and centerpieces looked great. The food was awesome (the couple bites that I actually had...haha but everyone said it was great). Everything turned out great and everyone had an amazing time. I appreciate everything you did and all the time you put into making our day awesome. We have nothing but great things to say about you and Jordan Springs and we would recommend you to any of our friends who are looking for a spot for their wedding. I don't think I have stopped smiling in the past week since the phenomenal rehearsal dinner and wedding reception you put together for us at HJS! I had many little ideas for may reception, but was not a bride who had always had a vision of her perfect wedding day. When I walked in to my reception, I saw all my small ideas and wishes woven together into an event that was better than anything I could ever have imagined! Thank you for all the hard work you put in to make our rehearsal dinner and reception such exceptional events! Every detail from the table settings, to the outdoor seating areas, to the tent layout was perfection! The food chef Hayes prepared was outstanding - especially the port tenderloin which was a major hit with our guests. The HJS staff was so professional and attentive to our every need.
Colt, your orchestration and coordination of our events was detailed and seamless! The evenings flowed like clock work thanks to all of your diligent prep word, and the smooth execution the night of. You were wonderful to us! Both Mike and I, our families, and the numerous guests who have contacted me since agree that our reception could not have been more perfect! My husband and I were thrilled with Historic Jordan Springs, and would gladly be a reference for you in the future.

So, the final remarks have come in from the guys that attended the meeting at your fantastic establishment this past Tuesday...and it was 100% positive!
They all loved the place, the history, the food, and the porch!Everyone had something different that they loved, but I didn't get even one single complaint!
Our client, FEMA, was very impressed, and mentioned that they want to look into using the facility for any upcoming meetings that they may have.
I've never had people go out of their way to compliment the meeting location after one of these meetings, so you should be proud of your accomplishment!
I look forward to doing much more business with you in the future, and I'm excited about your upcoming cooking class... make sure to let me know when you'll begin them!

The wedding for the Mastropietro girls was very nice. I have never seen such a beautiful reception take place outside like yesterday. The staff, food, setup &, etc., was EXCELLENT. You & your staff did a terrific job!! The weather was nice & everyone had a great time. Please let your staff know what a wonderful job they did. Also, they were very well mannered and got what ever you requested.
