Through our 4 -week hands-on cooking classes taught by our own Executive Chef Daniel Hayes, as well as topical guest experts, you will have the opportunity to learn secrets of the culinary masters and enjoy delicious food along the way.

  • CC 201: GLOBAL CUISINE: ITALIAN I
    • CLASS DATES: Thursdays in September 2008: 4, 11, 18, 25
    • CLASS TIMES: 6:00pm-8:00pm each evening

    Enroll in both Italian I and II classes by August 22 and
    receive a $20.00 discount off the total enrollment!

    This brand-new course is being offered as second part, due to popular request. Enjoy another helping of fine Italian dining through this follow-up 4-week hands-on, interactive training course.   • CC 102: INTRODUCTION TO CULINARY EDUCATION
    • CLASS DATES: Last 4 Thursdays in January 2009: 8, 15, 22, 29
    • CLASS TIMES: 6:00pm to 8:00pm each evening

    Enroll in CC101 and any other course and receive a $20.00 discount off the total enrollment cost.

    Although this class is called “introduction,” do not let the name fool you. Even some of the more adept home cooks have taken this class and learned many new tricks during the 4-week course. Experience what traditional introductions to culinary education are all about.
